Delivery Policy
The delivery timeframe is provided during the checkout process and is calculated in working days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
In exceptional cases, deliveries may occur on weekends or bank holidays.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.

We offer free shipping nationwide. The products available in our shop are dispatched by international suppliers directly to the customer's country.
The average delivery time is between 5 and 45 working days, depending on the destination and logistical processes.
Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation can take between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the payment gateway used.
Tracking Code
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Please note that it may take up to 8 working days for the tracking code to be generated after payment confirmation.
Delivery Attempts
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, with intervals of up to 48 hours between them. If delivery fails due to:
Absence of the recipient
Incorrect address
The parcel will be returned to our logistics centre.
